I watch abridged series all the time just kinda curious if anyone else does.

LOVE the Yu-gi-Oh one, it`s brillant. See the Movie too if you have`nt. xD Which ones have you seen?

I have heard of this Abridged Series. I haven't seen any but this is when the original anime series is shorten and with a bit of humor right? Is there anything else I'm missing? Is it worth my time watching this?

The Naruto one was my fav, then it disappeared from youtube. I miss it

Abridged series are Awesome I've seen a couple(okay maybe alot)
-------
-Bleach abridged(by khenpoe) 7 episodes
-Zatch bell abridged (by Borinyukami)7 episodes
-Yu gi oh abridged(Little kariboh) 30 episodes (The first and best abridged series)
-Naruto abridged (by I think it was vageta(I may be wrong and probably am))21(I think)
-Sailor moon abridged(SMA) (magumi33)(Sp?) 21
-Fruits basket abridged (angelElric(I think))1
The fist ever abridged series is yu gi oh by little kariboh(sp?) its up so 30 now and is really good as most are not ,not to mention that most abridged series are A.not that funny B. can't hear them from mic or C.Done really badly.
If I list them that really means I watched them and enjoyed I've seen others butt I can't remember them/Don't like them.but thats most of them...
The council of bosh and goodies are aa great group of people with diffrent abridged series teaming up to make Zatch bell the movie abridged.

Very funny. zorc and pals =P xD Try the Abridged Movie, it`s 20mins long, i did`nt like the Abridged Movie much though, i think the episodes were better, but it it still very good. |

Most abridged series are done by fans correct? I liked the Yugioh one the best. One of my friends did his own abridged series on how naruto should have ended. THAT was funny. Unfortunately, ever since google bought out youtube, they've been deleting all that kind of stuff because they don't have permission from the original series creators to have this kind of stuff on there.

No way! Well i`ve been able to access YT from Google for a while. That`s awful, there`s actully a point on Wiki about fan stuff; Qoute: Due to the modern definition of fan fiction as derivative works, there are many legal issues involved with fan fiction, most prominently (but not exclusively) arising under United States copyright law.[22]

This interpretation is not supported by traditional interpretations of the relevant statutes.I belive it says there that since the company earns nothing, it`s allowed. But addmitly that`s Fan- fiction, not fandubbing and abridged series`. I think companies should allow them. Having watched an abridged series people may find it funny, and then watch the official anime, also the makers have to watch it, meaning the anime gets more views. Perhaps a law just saying the videos should have been bought properly and not just downloaded free with no permission would be okay, but i think fan work is in company`s interests. I saw a fan picture of a character from the anime Shugo Chara, no way i would have heard of it or watched it if i did`nt see that. And now that i`ve used up a LOT of the characters remaining and a LOT of you time, i shall silence. xD -Or not!! Muwhahahaha!!! |
