I'm not sure if anyone else has seen or heard of this but I had a flip out when I heard of this simply because I'm a dot hack nutcase. Dot Hack Triology is based off of the GU installmen of the Hack Series. In case you're wonder, GU was created from Dot Hack ROOTS anime.
The movie has only been released in Japan, but you can find it in sections with subtitles on youtube. I liked it personally I thought it rocked. It follows the same storyline of the games up until the point where Atoli becomes possessed by AIDA. Haseo gains another forum called the B-st forum. It makes him look like a dragon I think, though some say a wolf. His htird forum armor becomes alot spikerier and he has massive claws on his feet and hands and three long tails and weilds dual broad swords.
No new yet on when the movie is coming out in America though.
